Terms of service

Pawprint lets you turn photos you own or have permission to use into printable coloring pages. AI results may change details, and you should review likeness and quality before printing.

Local filters and PDF / PNG downloads are free. Paid packages provide AI generation credits: 10 credits for USD 15 or 30 credits for USD 29, as displayed in the studio. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Purchases are one-time payments with no automatic renewal. Each successful server generation uses one credit, including a new version of the same photo. Credits have no scheduled expiry and cannot be redeemed for cash except through an approved refund.

Creem acts as the merchant of record for Creem purchases and processes payment and applicable transaction taxes. The payment confirmation is subject to verification; opening a success page does not itself add credits. Test mode does not collect real money and its credits cannot fund real AI generation.

Your wallet is linked to this browser. Save its private recovery code before clearing cookies or switching devices. Anyone holding that code can access the wallet. Photos and unfinished books are not saved between browser sessions. Download work you wish to keep.

Use the service with a parent or guardian if you cannot enter a purchase agreement yourself. These terms do not remove any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Failed generations and refunds

If a server generation fails, its reserved credit is returned. Reservations left by an interrupted server are released after ten minutes when the wallet or generation service is next accessed. A generation that succeeded on the server may still use a credit if your browser closes, rendering fails or the download is interrupted.

For an unused purchase, duplicate charge, or defective result, contact support with your order ID and a description of the issue. Refund requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable consumer rights and Creem’s buyer policies. An automatic refund is not promised. Approved refunds revoke the corresponding credits; a partial refund removes a proportional number rounded up. If those credits have already been spent, the wallet may have a negative balance.

Privacy policy

Local-filter processing runs in your browser without uploading photos. AI processing requires your permission and sends a resized, re-encoded photo through this server to the configured third-party image provider. The provider’s retention and training policies apply. Pawprint does not persist those uploaded photos on its server.

For Creem-enabled AI generation, the generation instructions are sent to Creem’s Moderation API before the image model is called. This integration sends text instructions to that API, not your photo or payment credentials. The AI model receives the resized photo. Pawprint is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the model provider.

We store a random wallet identifier, a hash of its recovery credential, payment order references, amounts, credit transactions, and processed webhook IDs in our database. A necessary HttpOnly cookie connects your browser to the wallet, and session storage remembers a pending order ID. Payment providers process payment and identity information under their own policies; we do not store card numbers or CVCs. No analytics, advertising trackers or remote fonts are added by this studio.

Photos and results live in browser memory until you delete them or close/reload the studio. Originals are removed after 24 hours while the page is actively running; suspended browsers can delay that timer. Downloaded files are under your control. Deleting local files does not delete a provider’s retained copies.

Payment records are retained for operating the wallet, resolving disputes and meeting applicable recordkeeping duties. You can contact support about access or deletion; records still needed for transactions or legal obligations may need to be retained.

Acceptable use policy

Only submit photos and instructions you have the right to use. Obtain a parent or guardian’s permission for photos of minors. Do not use Pawprint for infringement, fraud, harassment, impersonation, face-swapping, deepfakes or illegal activity.

Sexually explicit, pornographic, sexually suggestive and other NSFW content is prohibited, including sexual content involving minors. Do not attempt to bypass content checks. Requests that are denied or flagged by the content check are blocked, and generation is unavailable when that check fails. A third-party model does not exempt users from these rules.
